I require at least 24 hours' notice for any changes to your booking. Because I dedicate specific blocks of time to each project, late cancellations or 'no-shows' are non-refundable.

By presenting a visionary "After" image, I help buyers look past existing clutter or tired finishes during their inspection, allowing them to fully imagine the lifestyle and investment value the space truly offers.
